When you try to stop gambling, you become angry, anxious or sad.

You are lying about or hiding your gambling.

Your grades are going down or you have stopped going to school.

You think you can win back money lost by gambling more.

You can’t stop gambling, even though you have tried to stop.

Gambling isn’t fun anymore. You do it when you feel depressed or upset.

When you try to stop playing or your game is taken away, you become angry, moody or sad.

You can’t stop playing, even though you have tried.
You experience problems at school or home because of your gaming.

You need to spend more time playing to feel good.

You lose interest in things you used to enjoy – sports, activities or hanging out with friends.
You lie about or hide your gaming.
Gaming isn’t fun anymore.
You continue to game despite exhibiting many of these signs of problem gaming.

Reduce time and money spent on online gambling with voluntary, self-exclusion apps that block online sites.
