It is with great sadness that we inform you that Cathie Perrault, former executive director at Northstar who retired in August, unexpectedly passed away on Oct. 28 from a stroke she suffered the day before. A memorial ceremony will take place at Skinner Funeral Home (260 Industrial Avenue, Turtle Lake, WI) on Friday, Nov. 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. Friends and family are invited to speak if they wish.

It is difficult to convey the sense of loss that so many of us who knew and worked with Cathie feel. We will endeavor to carry on Cathie’s deep sense of caring, particularly to those afflicted by the disease of addiction.
